Flintshire County Council will retain your data for the duration of the grant (7 years). If the grant is declined your data will be retained for 3 years. Note: You should be aware that this grant scheme will be monitored by the Flintshire Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership to ensure that the grant has been spent for the purposes intended and the details of your setting will be shared with Flintshire Family Information Service who will provide details of your childcare places to the public.
