The Council would like to hold and securely store your personal email address so that it can communicate with you quickly and more easily in the future. In granting the Council permission to do this your personal email will be held and used until such time as you leave the employment of the Council or you unsubscribe from the service. Your email address will not be shared with any third parties and will be held within IT systems that the Council uses for the purpose of providing work related information, these systems are hosted on servers within the Council owned data centres housed in Flintshire.
All communication sent to your personal email will be for the purpose of providing work related information only, for example disruptions to work patterns because of severe weather conditions, management messages about issues that may affect your work, employment information or offers to sign up to other employee related subscription services as and when they become available.
