I am new to care and feel I have so much to give to people in my community who may have become socially isolated and need companionship or just a friend to help them re-connect with their friends and make new friendships. It is important to me to keep active and fit, my days are structured to take in at least one hour of physical activity, whether it be Spin, Circuit Training, Body Conditioning, the Gym or Walking. I love it all and helps me tick. I am always up for a new challenge and enjoy taking part in new activities/hobbies.
Services delivered
Hygge Home Services would like to offer people companionship and help them to re-connect with any clubs or activities. Support people to attend to appointments and events. Provide a respite/sit in service to enable carers to engage in meaningful engagement away from their caring role with the confidence their loved one is supported. Help with shopping, collecting prescriptions and helping with pet care (dog walking etc) support to prepare meals, assisting with medication or prompting to enable people to maintain their independence around medication. Light house work i.e. washing, ironing and general housework along with light gardening support such as keeping flower beds tidy and mowing lawns.
