Your data will be processed as part of our Public Task subject to section 70 and 71 (1) of the Government of Wales Act 2016, and sections 169 (6) and (7) of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989. Your sensitive personal data is processed on the basis of substantial public interest as per the acts above. Any data collected will only be shared with Welsh Government in statistical format - Your personal data will not be affected.
Flintshire County Council will retain your data for 3 years following receipt of your referral.
Flintshire County Council will share your data with Housing Support Grant funded projects, 3rd sector organisations and statutory organisations. In order to allocate support to the most appropriate agency or obtain further information on your circumstances, we may also share your data with Flintshire County Council internal departments that you’re currently involved with inclusive of Revenues and Benefits, Council Tax, Neighbourhood Housing, Mental Health Support Teams, Social Services and Housing Solutions.
