The data will be retained until you unsubscribe from the service by requesting the removal of your Customer Account records via the “Manage Profile” link on the Customer Portal.
- The details you give us will be stored in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for the purposes of providing relevant Council services to you via the Customer Portal and will not be shared with any third party. The CRM system is housed in data centres located in the County of Flintshire.
