Your data will be processed by Flintshire County Council for the specific purpose of investigating alleged breaches of planning control and to enable effective enforcement proceedings and prosecutions. The processing of your personal data is necessary as part of our public task as set out in the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Flintshire County Council will retain your data for at least the current year plus six years but where enforcement notices have been served we will retain the data indefinitely. Data may be shared with other services in the Authority, the Planning Inspectorate or the Courts system.
