    Please note: You are unable to use a van or pickup to tow a trailer into a household recycling centre

    To prevent delays, please ensure only the specified documents are included (and are not duplicated) to allow your permit to be assessed promptly.

    Sending incorrect or duplicate information will delay the application

    Trailer Length is restricted to 2 Metres - trailers over this length are not permitted.

    Uploads

    You need to supply the following information:

    • V5 (vehicle log book) - ONLY the Registered Keeper page, and the Vehicle Specification page are necessary.
    • Driving Licence:
      • For a Photocard - front view ONLY required
      • For a Paper licence we ONLY need the parts showing name, address & expiry date
    • Bill – ONLY ONE current bill Either:
      • ONE Council Tax Bill OR
      • ONE Utility Bill (e.g. Gas/Water or Electricity)
    • Vehicle Photos (or scans)
      • ONE full side view ( i.e showing the full length & full height of the vehicle
      • ONE rear view showing number plate and interior of the vehicle / MAXIMUM of 2 photos if the number plate is on the vehicle doors
      • INTERIOR VIEWS ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR A PICK UP

    You need to supply the following information:

      • ONE complete side view showing full Length & Height (angled or part view not accepted
