Why does the Council process your information data?
Your data will be processed by Flintshire County Council as part of our public task for the specific purposes of Play Provisions under Article 31 a reality, along with other related articles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC). Your special category data will be processed by Flintshire County Council for Article 9 of the UK GDPR, Data concerning health. Processing special category data, including substantial public interest, is necessary under relevant services legislation, ensuring that the Council fulfills its public tasks while safeguarding individuals' privacy rights.
