I have read and understand the code of behaviour on school transport

I undertake to ensure that my child’s behaviour is acceptable whilst using school transport and accept that any misbehaviour that could affect the safety of others may lead to disciplinary action including the withdrawal of free transport provision. If my child purposefully damages any transport provision which is provided under contract to Flintshire County Council, I undertake to reimburse the transport contractor the full cost of repairing the damage or replacing the damaged item at the discretion of the contractor. I also undertake to return any ticket/card issued should my child become ineligible for transport during the academic year.

CCTV is used within some vehicles for safeguarding and monitoring purposes. By ticking the box you understand that your child's footage will be stored and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
