We agree to:

Be registered with Care Inspectorate for Wales (CIW) or equivalent in England to deliver the childcare
Be willing to act on the advice and guidance provided by the Childcare Development Team and put their recommendations into practice
To be subject to regular monitoring by the Local Authority, and submit records of attendance and absence as required
Give the Local Authority 2 week’s formal notice if the setting intends to close for business
To complete timely monitoring and provide additional information as required in order to fulfil any requirement to audit grant spend
To adhere to the criteria and the above. Failure to comply, may result in loss of funding
