Your data will be processed by Flintshire County Council for the purposes of processing your application for a school place in accordance with the authority’s public task under statutory Codes made under the School Standards and Framework Act 1998. Child data provided will also form part of their core pupil record held by Flintshire County Council.
Flintshire County Council may share your data with other local authorities, NHS, Police, Children and Family Services/ Early Help Services if this is necessary to carry out its duties to promote wellbeing and welfare. This may involve transferring your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) if you have resided in any country outside the EEA.
Places will be allocated at schools in accordance with the Council’s policy. Flintshire County Council will retain your school admissions information until your child’s 25th birthday.
